We're a husband and wife team and the directors of Celeste Careers. We have twenty years' experience in recruitment, sales and marketing between us.
Celeste Careers is a Celeste Living Group Ltd brand.
Celeste Careers fills permanent roles for businesses across the Midlands. Our fee is a flat £3,000 plus VAT per hire, whatever the salary. Nothing is due until your new hire walks through the door.
The deal
One fee. Paid when they start. Guaranteed for 30 days.
Why not let us have a go?
Give us the role you're finding hardest to fill. We'll work alongside your own team and any agency you already use. If we don't find your person, it costs you nothing.
Fee
£3,000 plus VAT per hire, invoiced on the candidate's start date and payable within 30 days. One flat fee, whatever the salary.
30-day guarantee
If the candidate leaves within 30 days of their start date, we find a replacement free of charge, provided the invoice is settled within terms.
7-day review
If you decide within 7 days of the start date that the hire isn't right, we'll find a replacement for a £500 plus VAT admin fee. After day 7, a replacement is not covered should you end the employment.
